Information you provide

When you inquire, we collect your name, email, company, service interest and description of the problem. Phone and timing are optional. Please do not submit passwords, production access, payment information or sensitive customer records.

How information is used

We use inquiry details to evaluate and respond to your request and maintain a record of the conversation. The inquiry record may include the page and campaign information associated with your submission. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing sequence.

Storage and service providers

Inquiry records are stored in our WordPress website and accessible to authorized site administrators. Our hosting and email providers may process information needed to operate the site and respond. Server logs can contain technical connection information. We retain information while needed for the inquiry, business records or applicable obligations, and review deletion requests individually.

Booking and cookies

Booking links open Google Calendar, which handles appointment details under its own policies. WordPress may use cookies for login and website operation. No new advertising pixels are configured as part of this site build.
