This website describes DDG Automation’s consulting and implementation services. It provides general information to help you decide whether to discuss an engagement.

Engagements and scope

Submitting an inquiry or booking a fit call does not create a service agreement or guarantee availability. Scope, deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are established in a separate written agreement.

Experience and illustrations

Conceptual industrial graphics illustrate potential applications; they do not depict a customer facility or establish a completed implementation. No general savings, downtime or revenue result is promised.

Technical decisions

Website information is not a site-specific engineering instruction. Production changes require the responsible organization’s review and approved procedures.
